Connecting WhatsApp
Put your agent to work on WhatsApp so customers can reach it on the channel they already use. Setup takes a couple of minutes.
Connect a number
From your agent's Channels tab, choose WhatsApp and follow the guided connect flow. Once linked, every message to that number is handled by your agent, with escalation to a human when the conversation needs it.
