What are tokens?
Tokens are the unit of AI processing. Each message you send to an agent and each response it generates uses tokens. Roughly 1 token = 4 characters of text.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new plan's features. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens when I run out of tokens?
Your agents will pause until you buy more tokens or your plan renews. You can buy extra tokens on-demand at $100 per 1M tokens.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new account gets a free plan with 1,000 tokens. When you upgrade to any paid plan, you get a 14-day free trial with full access — your card won't be charged until the trial ends.
Can I buy extra tokens?
Absolutely. Token packs are available: 100K ($10) · 500K ($50) · 1M ($100) · 5M ($450). Buy anytime from the Billing page.
